Returns & Refunds
​Each of our products are painstakingly designed, hand-crafted, and inspected to ensure the highest quality standard we can provide. All of the products we make, are finished and polished to the same standard. (every piece ends up being uniquely different) When purchasing luxury items online, we understand that there may be some level of anxiety. We have inquiries often about being able to return or exchange items once received.
The following is our return policy:

1. Any item that has been unworn, undamaged, and is returned with all of the original packaging is eligible for a full refund. The refund period is 30 days from the time you receive the product from the delivery carrier.

2. Any damaged item or item outside of the 30 day grace period can be sent back and our team will evaluate weather you will receive a percentage of the price that you paid or an exchange of the value we believe your item was returned in. We do not sell used items, so keep in mind if your item isn't badly worn you will still receive less then the original price that you paid because your item will likely just be melted down and refined (most customers do not want a second hand piece.)

3. In the event of a return, we will reimburse your funds in the exact manner you made your purchase i.e. PayPal, Zelle, or the same credit card used in your purchase etc.
